Tickets Available for "The Gathering of Spirits" Guild Gala Art Auction

We are pleased to have The Gathering of Spirits at St. Lukes this year. Their beautiful sanctuary includes inspirational work by several Guild faculty members and friends, including the "Witness" windows shown in the photo.

Order your tickets now for our third Annual Art Gala, featuring gourmet food and wines, wonderful art for sale and an exciting Live Auction. This year's fund-raiser will honor the Grunewald Guild's "Artist of the Year" Sandy Richardson, of Seattle, and raise monies to carry on the Guild's mission of art and faith.
Only 200 tickets are available for the event, to be held October 18 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Bellevue, from 4-9 p.m. The gala will feature a 'Tapas Walk' during the Silent Auction. Guests will dine on a variety of "small plates" and complimentary Northwest wines while bidding on stunning art pieces by Guild faculty, students and patrons. Following the Silent Auction, chocolate and champagne will be served in the church sanctuary, where bistro tables will be set up for dessert and the Live Auction, which will be conducted by Stokes Auction Group.
The 'Tapas Walk' will be catered by Anne Bly, owner of Give Thanks! Catering and Baking Company. The menu will include: Chicken Liver Pate on Crostini, Carmelized Onion Rustic Torte, Smoked Pork Roast BBQ, Wild Alaska Salmon, Cabernet Meatballs, Martini Mashed Potato Bar and a variety of artisan salads, breads and cheeses. Complimentary wine will be served by a Northwest winemaker.
Some of the items coming up for auction this year include: A week in Mexico, a trip to Greece, an exotic cruise, an island getaway, golf trips, outdoor adventures, winery weekends and stunning pieces of original art. Guests will have the opportunity to bid on a variety of art experiences, including "Master Classes" with top Guild artists, an artist-in-residence retreat at the Guild and studio tours.
